Job Description
Join SeaWorld as a Director, In-Market Sales and lead the planning, development, sales, and execution of local domestic reseller accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external staff, industry partners, destination marketing organizations, and agencies. Drive revenue and attendance growth through local accounts, ticket product packaging development, distribution platforms, and demand generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in US travel industry sales, partnerships, hospitality, and tourism
- A minimum of 3 years of successful functional leadership
- Experience in traditional and non-traditional sales channels and the application of technology
- Strong relationship management skills, with proven results generating business growth
- Must be able to work collaboratively with corporate and park teams, and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
