We're a 100% remote team looking for a Head of Sales to lead the charge. This is a pivotal hire, reporting directly to the founders and taking ownership of our go-to-market execution across DACH and broader Europe.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership or player-coach role
- Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS to €10M+ ARR in a commercial leadership role
- Hands-on sales leader with recent, direct experience personally owning and closing deals
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, IT/Security leads) in the SMB or mid-market space
- Deep understanding of the European (especially DACH) sales landscape; existing network is a strong plus
- Ability to build sales processes, tools, and CRM setup for a scaling team (forecasting, pipeline reviews, dashboards, etc.)
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take ownership without being asked
