We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our High-Ticket-B2C-Sales team in the DACH market and achieve high performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in High-Ticket-B2C-Closing with a proven track record of success
- Average deal value of > 3,000€
- Experience in the Setter-Closer model
- Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
- First leadership experience with Closer or Setter - with tangible results
- Native level German language skills
- Number affinity and performance-driven
- Coaching, fitness, finance or online business background
- Experience in emotional B2C sales
- Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
