Sales Manager (m/w/d) - 100% Remote/Vollzeit

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join one of the largest B2C coaching companies in the German-speaking region, break records, change lives, and lead and improve an existing strong sales team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable high-ticket B2C closing success
• Average deal value > €3,000
• Experience in the setter-closer model
• Short sales cycles (max. a few weeks)
• First leadership experience with closers or setters – with verifiable results
• Numerically savvy and performance-driven
• Coaching, fitness, finance, or online business background
• Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking

Benefits

• Fixed salary: €36,000 - €60,000 per year
