Requirements

• 3+ years of proven high-ticket B2C closing success
• Average deal value > 3,000 €
• Experience in the Setter-Closer model
• Short sales cycles (max. few weeks)
• First leadership experience with closers or setters - with verifiable results
• Number-affine and performance-driven
• Coaching, fitness, finance, or online business background
• Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
