Area Sales Manager - Germany & Austria

Sécheron Hasler Group is a leading global supplier of electrical and electronic safety components and solutions and traction power systems for the railway industry and also provides solutions for renewable energy, DC grid, and other industrial systems. The company is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop business prospecting new clients and managing current accounts for existing and new products covering railway as well as renewable energy and industrial applications, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Power Electronics Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent proficiency in German (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken, along with a strong command of English.
• Minimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility
• Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
