Job Description
Seco Tools is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement a clear sales strategy, increase sales growth, and expand market presence in the Nord/West region of Germany. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in sales, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the machining industry
- Leadership experience in sales
- Strategic thinking and safe data analysis
- Experience in developing and leading sales teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as convincing presentation skills
- Flexibility and travel readiness
