Job Description
The Sales Manager will inspire customers through strategic product advice, act as a partner to strategic customers, and ensure the team meets quantitative goals. This role involves lead generation, market analysis, and strong team skills. Active sales and communication are important.
Requirements
- Successfully completed engineering or vocational training
- Ideally experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Self-confident appearance and initiative
- Quick thinking and flexibility
- Flexible travel (class b driver's license required)
- Independent and creative working methods
- Safe handling of MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills
- Safety level with Salesforce
