As Territory Manager - Central (DACH), you'll develop and execute a hands-on territory plan to drive pipeline, growth, and customer success across your region.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and in English
- Proven experience selling complex or technical solutions within IT, OT, industrial software, or cybersecurity
- 5+ years of B2B / enterprise sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, software, or cybersecurity
- Skilled in consultative selling and familiar with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by achieving success in a performance-driven environment
