Business Development Manager – Sicherheitslösungen (DACH)

We are looking for a dedicated, independent and professional Business Development Manager to lead business development for Johnson Controls in the DACH region. The role offers a lot of scope for creativity and is aimed at people who enjoy working independently and actively developing their region.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development in the security industry
• Existing network or ability to quickly build one – particularly with security advisors and enterprise customers
• Experience in developing strategies for target industries
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills
• Ability to collaborate across regions and functions
• Safe handling of Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
• Fluent German and good English skills
