Job Description
Full-Time | Remote Role | Some Evening and Weekend Working Required | 12 months fixed-term. We're seeking an ambitious Tier 3 specialist dietitian or nutritionist to join the Specialist Weight Management Service at a health-tech startup.
Requirements
- Conduct independent, remote clinical assessments via video call/telephone to allocate service users to the most appropriate treatment pathways
- Deliver digital group-based and one-to-one interventions to help service users change dietary and lifestyle behaviours
- Support service users across both medicated and non-medicated programmes
- Work closely with the MDT, attending regular meetings to review, monitor and optimise service user care
