Job Description
The Site Security Manager - Corporate Security will manage security and Security Operations Centre Staff (SOC), lead a high-performance security and emergency management team, and provide continuous evaluation and compliance to Post Orders and site programs.
Requirements
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Post-secondary education in Law & Security, Police Foundations
- Ability to travel to multiple site locations
- Valid Emergency First Aid Responder (Canadian Red Cross) and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including respirator fit testing, and walking, bending, and lifting when required
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a high-performance security and emergency management team
