Job Description
Securitas is seeking an Armed Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and other personnel. The role involves ensuring post orders are followed, completing rounds, and reporting emergency situations. Supervisors will coach, train, and perform various supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience, or 2+ years of experience in retail preferred.
- Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices.
- Valid Security Officer License (if required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
