Job Description
The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies. The role involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training new hires, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
- Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures
- Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
- Ability to adapt to various sites and changes in post procedures
