Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Heavy Recruiting experience
- Employee Relations experience
- Ability to advise management
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Acts to ensure compliance with FLSA and other applicable states and regulations
- Computer literacy
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities
- Must be able to pass background investigation and drug screening
