Job Description
Securitas is a dynamic and innovative security company dedicated to making the world a safer place. We offer students the opportunity to spend a summer working at one of Securitasā US Operating Centers as an Instructional Design Intern. This internship program offers undergraduate students with real-world application of business within the North America Shared Services organization.
Requirements
- Support our ongoing talentED catalog review and refresh, updating existing courses and helping prepare materials for full rebuilds
- Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, contractors, and live training partners to understand how modern learning experiences come to life
- Use tools like Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and various AI-powered tools to revise or create course components
- Shadow our LMS team to see how courses get published and evaluated in Oracle Learning Cloud
- Join our team meetings, strategy discussions, and design reviews, gaining exposure to how corporate learning operates behind the scenes
