Job Description
The Security Shift Supervisor will oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel, ensuring that post orders are followed and required reports are filed. They will coach and discipline personnel as needed, train Security Officers, and assist with payroll and personnel information. The supervisor will also ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions, prepare reports, and meet with client representatives to provide quality customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ year of Supervisor Experience
- Security Experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
