Security Shift Supervisor

Job Description: Security Shift Supervisor. Essential functions include supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel, coaching and disciplining personnel, training security officers, and preparing reports. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Competencies include knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2 years of related experience
• May be required to hold and continue to meet the requirements for any applicable state, county and municipal license for Security Officers
