Job Description
We are seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of security leadership experience and a stable work history.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of security leadership experience required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
- Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
