Job Description
This Security Site Supervisor position at a client site involves ensuring all post orders are followed, monitoring security presence, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role requires leading security personnel, providing coaching and training, and handling emergencies and reporting. The position encompasses supervisory duties including interviewing, training, and assigning work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience
- Competency of Security Officer in state and county/municipal licensing
- Knowledge of security operations
- Ability to coach and motivate performance
- Understanding of security and safety devices and controls
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of security procedures and regulations
