Security Site Supervisor

The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders and establishing rounds. They will also be responsible for training, coaching, and disciplining personnel, as well as submitting reports and meeting with clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred
• Ability to maintain professional composure in unusual circumstances
• Strong customer service and results orientation
• Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
