Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client sites, ensuring that all post orders are followed and required reports are filed. The role involves coaching and disciplining personnel, training, and assisting in payroll and personnel submissions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey
