Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a critical role in the administration and continuous improvement of the company's compensation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring compensation practices support business objectives, comply with legal standards, and promote internal equity and external competitiveness. Key responsibilities include job evaluations, analysis of salary data, and providing advisor support to HR partners.
Requirements
- Conduct job evaluations and pricing, including determining FLSA.
- Maintain the Shared Services job architecture and create new job codes.
- Facilitate the end-to-end process for annual bonus administration.
- Partner with HRIS to configure and launch the Merit tool.
- Serve as the primary contact for VPHRs, addressing inquiries.
- Assist in developing communications and training materials.
- Ensure that Compensation programs remain legally compliant by monitoring changes in federal and state minimum wage laws.
