Job Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing Security Officers and other personnel at client sites. This includes ensuring security protocols are followed, assisting with payroll, preparing reports, and ensuring adequate coverage. The role also includes training, coaching, and communication with clients and supervisors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Competency in knowledge of security operations
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Ability to perform critical thinking and problem-solving
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
