Director, Capital Raising

Security Properties has an opening for a Director, Capital Raising. The role will lead the firm’s capital formation execution for a national multifamily investment fund, overseeing fundraising activities and working closely with high-net-worth individuals and other sophisticated investors.

Requirements

• Execute a U.S. fundraising strategy for a differentiated, performance-driven national multifamily investment fund.
• Work in close partnership with the investor marketing team to drive top-of-funnel outreach as well as mid- and late-stage fundraising cycles with a strong focus on relationship conversion.
• Develop, expand, and manage a strong pipeline across high net-worth individuals, consultants, and private wealth managers.
• Lead U.S. roadshows, investor meetings, conferences, and due-diligence processes.
• Track fundraising progress, investor activity, and pipeline performance using CRM and reporting tools.
• Produce monthly pipeline forecasts and activity reports for executive leadership.
