Requirements
- 5+ years of continuous property insurance adjusting experience involving complex loss valuation and scope analysis
- Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
- Familiarity with building construction, repair methodologies, and practical application of local code compliance requirements
- Experience working with independent adjusters, contractors, engineers, and consultants
- Active state adjuster license(s)
- Knowledge of state-specific appraisal laws, claim handling regulations, and policy application standards related to valuation and appraisal procedures
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated commitment to timely reporting
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
