AUP (Appraisal Under Policy) Field Adjuster

As a Field Adjuster, you will work on complex loss valuation and scope analysis, and be responsible for appraisal assignment execution, appraisal process participation, and technical analysis & valuation support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of continuous property insurance adjusting experience involving complex loss valuation and scope analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Xactimate
• Familiarity with building construction, repair methodologies, and local code compliance requirements
• Active state adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of state-specific appraisal laws, claim handling regulations, and policy application standards related to valuation and appraisal procedures
