Requirements
- Chartered building professional qualification, e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE
- Insurance qualification, e.g., CILA or CII
- Comprehensive expertise in identifying and diagnosing structural defects and subsidence in buildings
- Ability to make decisions, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with empathy
- Full UK Driving Licence
