Requirements
- Working towards a recognised building qualification (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)
- Insurance qualifications (CILA/CII) desirable
- Technical foundation or emerging experience in identifying structural defects and subsidence
- Insurance claims handling experience a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively
