Requirements

• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking customers; proficiency in other dialects is a plus
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
