Provide product support for the Business Integration Suite, including recording and resolving support cases, and improving solution operation through problem management.
Requirements
- IT foundation knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge)
- IHK certification in computer science, study of business informatics, or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
- Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI and API environment
- Good knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
