Support Engineer position responsible for product support, case management, and problem management for the Business Integration Suite. Requires good IT foundation knowledge, solid education, and experience in IT administration, system or application support.
Requirements
- Good IT foundation knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge)
- Solid education (IHK certificate in applied computer science, study of business informatics or comparable qualifications)
- Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
- Familiarity with EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment and communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
