Requirements

• Proven track record of managing DTC businesses with revenues exceeding $200M+ and complex omni-channel distribution strategies.
• First principles thinker with exceptional problem solving and strategic capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills that unlock performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines.
• Consistently discover new and impactful ways to optimize processes and bottlenecks, with a particular strength in being at the forefront of leveraging AI.
• Exceptional communication skills with Execs, peers, and employees throughout the organization, as well as with external partners and vendors.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop world-class talent and put them in a position to be successful.
• Collaborative leader who balances performance with shared ownership across the team and functions.
• A “player-coach” with a mindset that no task is too big or too small - willing to roll up sleeves when needed to write ad copy, or to conduct performance analysis.
