Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support (Email, Phone, and Live Chat)
- Knowledge of CRM, such as HubSpot, and ability to thrive in a digital-first support environment.
- Phenomenal English & French communication skills
- Solid track record of hitting (and exceeding) KPIs
- Proactively feedback-focused
- Genuine passion for innovation
- Ability to speak both French and English
