Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer engagement, product adoption, and sustainable revenue growth within customer segments. You will work closely with Sales and the wider Customer Success team to deliver outstanding customer results.

Requirements

• Become a trusted advisor to customers by building and maintaining strong relationships
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer life cycle
• Collaborate closely with Sales Executives in planning engagement activities
• Understand the key drivers of behavioral change and implement tailored customer engagements
• Maintain a deep understanding of product solutions to be the subject matter expert for customers
• Manage multiple internal relationships with leaders from Sales, Operations, and Marketing
• Identify opportunities for package upgrade and cross-product adoption
• Facilitate face-to-face and online Product Training to new and existing users
• Offer exclusive posting assistance of paid job ads to customers
• Provide customers exclusive access to SEEK signature reports and SEEK events related to recruitment and people management
• Perform tasks as assigned by the leader in alignment with company goals and strategies
