Staff Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the technical strategy and direction of our GenAI and ML Platforms, ensuring they are highly available, resilient, and enable AI innovation at scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar technical leadership role building and operating production platform systems at scale
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, with deep hands-on experience in AWS services and multi-cloud architectures
• Advanced Python programming skills with demonstrated experience building platform automation, tooling, and integrations for highly scalable systems
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tools for platform operations
• Track record of leading technical roadmaps and driving platform health initiatives aligned with key technical metrics and SRE principles
• Experience building platforms that enable self-service capabilities for engineering and data teams, with understanding of developer experience and platform adoption
• Hands-on MLOps or ML Engineering experience, GenAI/LLM platform knowledge (model inference, vector databases, RAG patterns), GCP/Vertex AI experience, or ML lifecycle tooling expertise
