Job Description
Join CFO Evolution as a Custody Support Worker to support individuals in custody and help them prepare for reintegration into society. The role involves delivering one-to-one and group support, pre-release planning, and managing a caseload of participants.
Requirements
- IAG Level 3 - desirable
- Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
- Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintain computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals
