Job Description
Assistant Project Manager position at Structural Engineering Group, Inc. seeking self-motivated individual with strong desire to learn and take on new challenges. Will assist Project Manager in managing construction projects from estimating to close-out, allocating resources, and interfacing with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical)
- 1-3 years' assistant project management experience in commercial and/or federal general building construction
- Experience in estimating and managing design-build and design-bid-bid projects
- Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
