Job Description
Responsible for supervising subordinates, attending meetings, receiving patients, and performing various administrative tasks including billing, patient registration, and receptionist duties.
Requirements
- Providing quality service to all hospital customers
- Processing manual receipts for customers
- Receiving patients from clinics or emergency section
- Opening new files for patients and making admissions
- Filling inpatient claims
- Preparing bills for inpatient patients
- Following up with patients without health insurance
- Working as a cashier
- Participating in cross-functional teams and committees
