Agile Coach (m/w/d) - Konstanz, Berlin oder remote

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for leading interdisciplinary development teams, developing the agile mindset in teams, and working closely with software developers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in introducing agile approaches and in managing self-organized teams
• Security in the conception and moderation of workshops and meetings remotely, hybrid and in person
• Excellent communication skills with demanding customers
• Quick grasp, assertiveness, and a self-assured appearance, and a sense of humor
• Travel readiness
• Very good German language skills (C2 or mother tongue)
