Job Description
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will help our organization(s) operate efficiently by fostering strong collaboration within and between teams. You will guide and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile and Lean methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in multiple projects and companies
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile and Lean practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
