Job Description
As a (Junior) Agile Coach at beyonnex, you will support the development of the Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving technical, business, and transformation excellence. The position is fixed-term for nine months, with the option of extension.
Requirements
- Initial experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Studies in business psychology, project management, or related fields
- Good communication skills in German and English (C1)
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Hamburg
- Knowledge of and initial practical experience with the Kanban method (ideal)
