Your expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe will help streamline processes and improve team performance. Requirements
- at least a completed Bachelor (hbo) education;
- at least 2 years of work experience as an Agile Coach;
- knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or Lean and possession of relevant certifications (e.g. PSM, PSPO, PAL-E, Lean Six Sigma, PSK);
- experience in giving Agile and DevOps training;
- experience in scaling Agile within an organization;
- expertise in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: the financial sector, the public sector, utility companies and/or logistics;
