Job Description
Sopra Steria, a leading technology player in Europe, seeks an Agile Coach to promote Lean & Agile Design Thinking approach in design and prototyping of digital solutions, focusing on user experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as an Agile Coach, excellent knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking and Agile principles, and strong relational skills.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as an Agile Coach on Lean, Design Thinking or similar methodologies
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with a humanistic, economic or informatics orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking and Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban and beyond)
- Concrete experience in facilitating workshops, supporting and coaching teams
- Ability to use tools such as personas, journey mapping, prototyping, user testing and requirement prioritization
- Strong relational skills, active listening, ability to adapt to changing contexts
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good command of the English language, both spoken and written
