Job Description
Sopra Steria is a leading European IT services company that is recognized for its consulting services, digital services, and IT solutions. The company is looking for an Agile Coach to join their team in Assago, Italy. The Agile Coach will be responsible for facilitating and guiding teams and organizations in the adoption of Agile practices, promoting effective collaboration between business, technology, and users. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Agile methodologies, a Bachelor's degree, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Agile Coach role
- Bachelor's degree in humanistic, economic, or computer science
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good command of English
