N. Cal Commercial Superintendent

The Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for assuming ownership of one or more entire projects and monitoring their performance, including safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction. The role requires direction of site crews, implementing and adhering to protocols, and working in collaboration with Project Managers, clients, and vendors.

Requirements

• Schedule, assign, and supervise activities within each job site
• Coordinate department and job site assignments
• Accurately comprehend plans, specifications, and contracts
• Train and monitor personnel performance
• Perform daily job site work completion and reviews
• Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel
• Corroborate Job Hazard Analysis and ensure safe operating procedures
• Identify and mitigate potential employee relations issues
• Maintain an organized job site and promote compliance with policies and procedures
• Review plans and ensure site prep work is executed according to contract
• Develop and implement employee recognition and performance review
• Collaborate with Executives, Directors, and Managers to ensure company objectives and policies are met
