Requirements
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety and quality expectations
- Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings
- Analyze production and operations schedules
- Develop and publish weekly maintenance job assignments
- Review and validate all work orders
- Determine the ideal frequency of preventive maintenance
- Manage, prioritize, and maintain the maintenance backlog
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate details for maintenance projects
- Support parts ordering, kitting, and documentation of completed work
- Provide a holistic and systematic perspective on strategic issues
