Job Description
Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a Case Manager (PRN) to work in their Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Florence, SC. The Case Manager will be responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, and financial management, among other tasks. The position requires a current licensure in a clinical discipline, such as a Nurse or Respiratory Therapist, or a Social Work license. Previous experience in case management and discharge planning is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline (Nurse or Respiratory Therapist or Social Work)
- Previous experience in case management and discharge planning
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month on an "as needed" basis
