Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital in Birmingham, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, treatment plan management, and financial management. The position requires a current licensure in a clinical discipline and previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
Requirements
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline (RN / LPN / RT / SW)
- Previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting dealing with critical care/acute care patients
- Adequate experience in an acute medical case management setting
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month on an 'as needed' basis
