Job Description
We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, TN. The Case Manager will be responsible for utilization reviews, resource management, discharge planning, and medical record documentation. The ideal candidate will have a current licensure in a clinical discipline, previous experience in critical care/acute care, and a strong understanding of the insurance industry and government reimbursement.
Requirements
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline
- Previous RN/LPN/RT/SW/CM experience in an inpatient hospital setting
- Experience in an acute medical case management setting
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement
